Privacy policy

This policy explains the information used for accounts, AI generation, private downloads, payment, security and support. We do not sell customer photos or publish them in a public gallery.

Information we collect

Account information

Your email address, name and profile image when supplied by Google or another enabled sign-in method, plus session and account identifiers.

Photos and generated media

The two uploaded portraits, generation choices, production prompt, task status and finished video needed to perform and deliver the service.

Purchases and credits

Plan, amount, currency, payment status, provider references, credit balances and credit-ledger activity. We do not receive your complete card number.

Security and technical data

IP address, browser or device information, logs, rate-limit events and security signals used to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.

Support communications

Messages and references you provide when asking for help, deletion or a refund. Do not email source photos unless securely requested.

How we use information

  • Authenticate users and protect account-only features.
  • Upload the two photos, submit the generation and deliver the finished video.
  • Process purchases, maintain credit balances and prevent duplicate fulfillment.
  • Return credits for failed tasks and investigate refund or support requests.
  • Prevent abuse, enforce consent and age rules, diagnose errors and secure the service.
  • Meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and other legal obligations.

Service providers

We share only the information reasonably required for each provider's role:

  • KIE AI and its model infrastructure: receives the photos and production instructions to generate the video.
  • Cloudflare R2: stores uploaded and generated media.
  • Neon: hosts account, payment-reference and credit-ledger database records.
  • Upstash: stores rate-limit and temporary generation-task information.
  • Stripe: processes checkout, payment and refund events.
  • Google: processes Google sign-in when you choose it.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: helps detect automated abuse on protected forms.
  • Resend: delivers enabled transactional account or support email.

Storage and retention

Account, purchase and credit records are retained while your account is active and longer where accounting, fraud-prevention or legal obligations require it. Temporary generation-task records are configured to expire after 30 days.

Uploaded portraits stay in private object storage while a generation is running. When the task succeeds or fails, the source-photo files are deleted from our object storage. If a task stalls before reaching either state, you may request deletion through Support. Finished videos remain available to the signed-in owner until operational cleanup or a verified deletion request. Provider copies may remain for the period stated in each provider's own terms, and backups may take additional time to rotate.

Security and private access

Generation, status and application download routes require an authenticated account and verify task ownership. We use access controls, random identifiers and transport encryption, but no online system is perfectly secure. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or media URL has been exposed.

Your choices and rights

  • Ask for access to or correction of account information.
  • Request deletion of eligible photos, videos and account data.
  • Request an export where applicable and reasonably available.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where local law provides that right.
  • Complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

Adults only

The service is for adults. Photos of minors are prohibited. If we learn that prohibited media or a child's information was submitted, we may remove it and restrict the responsible account.
