Failed generations return a video credit automatically. Cash refunds apply to eligible unused purchases and are returned to the original payment method.
The task is marked failed and one video credit is automatically restored. This is a credit return, not a cash refund.
You may request a refund for unused video credits within 14 days of payment, subject to applicable consumer law.
A successfully delivered generation has consumed the digital service and is normally not refundable only because its artistic result was not preferred.
Contact us promptly. We investigate against the payment and account records and follow applicable payment and consumer-protection rules.
A generation may fail because the AI provider rejects or cannot complete the request, a service is unavailable, or the finished file cannot be stored securely. When the system records that failure, it returns the exact credit spent by that task.
You can use the returned credit with the same photos or different eligible photos. If an automatic return does not appear, contact support with your account email and task reference.
AI video is probabilistic. A completed result may differ from the source photos in motion, expression, clothing, background or facial detail. Those variations alone do not mean the service failed. We do not currently promise a complimentary remake. A materially corrupted or inaccessible delivered file will be reviewed as a technical issue.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under the law that applies to you. Where you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content, statutory withdrawal rights may end once that content has been supplied, to the extent local law permits.
