Terms of service

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding purchase.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access secure.
• Do not transfer, sell or share an account to bypass product or safety limits.
• Information supplied during sign-in, checkout and support must be accurate.

You keep the rights you have in uploaded photos. You grant us and the processors described in the Privacy Policy a limited license to host, transmit, process and store those photos solely to operate, secure, troubleshoot and deliver the requested service. You confirm that every person shown is an adult who agreed to this AI use and that your submission follows the Acceptable Use Policy.

• Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
• One submitted video generation uses one video credit.
• Purchased video credits do not expire while the service and account remain available.
• Current prices, currency and pack sizes appear on the pricing and Stripe checkout pages.
• Stripe processes payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Taxes may be added or handled according to the checkout and applicable law.

A task recorded as failed automatically returns the credit spent by that task. Successfully delivered AI output is normally not refundable merely because the artistic result was not preferred. Eligibility for cash refunds, unused credits and technical issues is explained in the Refund Policy.

Subject to the rights in your source photos and other applicable rights, you may download and share a finished video. You are responsible for confirming that your planned publication, commercial use, music and platform use are lawful. Clearly disclose that the video is AI-generated when sharing it publicly.

We may reject content, pause tasks, restrict access or close an account to address prohibited use, fraud, chargebacks, security threats, legal requests or material violations of these terms. You may request account deletion, subject to retaining payment and legal records that must be preserved and resolving any active billing obligations.

We may update these terms prospectively. The date above identifies the current version; terms that applied when you purchased continue to govern that purchase where required. Questions can be sent to support@zombielovestorygenerator.com.
